Carbon Peeling
Carbon peeling uses a carbon cream and a laser to deeply clean and brighten your skin. It removes oil, dirt, and dead skin cells, making your face look fresh and smooth. This treatment works well for oily skin, blackheads, and open pores. It’s painless and gives a clean, whitening, glowing look right away. Regular sessions help control acne and improve skin tone.
During the procedure, after cleansing the skin with a suitable cleanser, a soft layer of liquid carbon is applied over the skin and left for 15-20 minutes. Then the laser light is passed over the carbon layer and destroys the carbon which has already absorbed contaminants and dead skin.
With the destruction of the carbon creating a vacuum effect exfoliation of the upper skin layer occurs.
The laser beams also penetrate the deeper layer of the skin which stimulates collagen production which reduces the fine lines, wrinkles and gives a tighter younger smoother appearance. It also removes pigmentation of the skin which develops over different reasons including, hormonal changes, sun damage, inflammation, acne and reaction to some medications or allergens.
The heat produced during this treatment has an additional effect on acne where the sebaceous glands are destroyed reducing the oily effect of the skin and also reducing the bacterial growth. Overall treatment helps to vastly reduce the signs of premature skin ageing in an individual and also can be used to treat acne, scarring, melasma too.
Carbon Peel can be applied on any part of your body, including face, neck, chest, and back area. The frequency of the treatment may vary according to the skin type and the expectations of the client. Normally it can be repeated every 2-3 weeks.
