MNRF (Microneedling Radiofrequency)
Radio Frequency (RF) Microneedling is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure which combines the traditional microneedling procedure of puncturing the skin with fine needles to promote skin rejuvenation, with the application of radiofrequency energy that applies heat to the skin.
To start the procedure, the face is carefully cleaned and a numbing cream is applied. The cosmetic physician then uses a handheld device with multiple fine needles that deliver radiofrequency (RF) energy to the skin. These needles make tiny punctures in the skin, prompting the skin’s natural healing process and collagen production. Simultaneously, the RF energy heats the underlying tissues of the skin, leading to a tightening and firming effect.

- Fine lines
- Wrinkles
- Acne scars
- Stretch marks
- Enlarged pores
- Dark spots
The procedure has been shown to be safe and effective for most skin types. It takes around 45 mins to complete the whole procedure. Choosing the right serum for the procedure involves understanding the client’s skin type (e.g., oily, dry, combination, sensitive), their specific skin concerns (e.g., acne, aging, pigmentation), and their skincare goals (e.g., hydration, brightening, anti-aging).
The frequency of RF Microneedling treatments will vary depending on the individual’s skin condition and the desired goals. For best results, a series of 3-5 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended.
